📢 Update on Court-Directed Next Steps

At the hearing of HC/SUM 940/2025 on 3 Sept 2025, the Singapore High Court issued directions on the filing of an Indian law expert affidavit by certain opposing creditors (the “Relevant Non-Parties”). As the expert affidavit filed by the Relevant Non-Parties was not compliant with the Court’s directions, the Court has issued further directions for the Relevant Non-Parties to file a replacement affidavit.

The current timelines in connection with the above are as follows:

1) The Relevant Non-Parties are to file replacement expert affidavit by 19 Sept 2025, 12 PM SGT / 9.30 AM IST

2) If the Relevant Non-Parties file the replacement expert affidavit by the timeline above, Zettai Pte Ltd (“Zettai”) is to file their Indian law expert reply affidavit by 22 Sept 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST

3) The Relevant Non-Parties and Zettai are to file their written submissions by 26 Sept 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST
