Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I hope you’re having a lovely day. Some of you have asked why we request payment in advance and why it’s not possible to pay at the venue. The reason is that we need to confirm the exact number of guests beforehand, as the venue prepares everything according to the list we provide to the restaurant. In addition, if someone is on the list but doesn’t show up and hasn’t completed the booking payment, we are still required to cover that cost. Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be fair to us as organizers, especially since we are arranging this special iftar to enjoy together with all of you.
