I had no niche, no offer, no clarity... and clients were already saying yes.
Most people wait until they're "ready" to help people.
That's why most people stay stuck & not make the money they want.
I was coaching a fellow dad recently. Just left his corporate job. Heart of gold.
But he kept going in circles.
"What should I focus on?"
"What's my niche?"
"What if I pick the wrong thing?"
Sound familiar?
So I told him what changed everything for me...
👉 "You don't have to be clear to be useful."
By the time I launched my business, I already had clients ready to buy.
Not because I had a perfect offer. Not because my niche was dialed in.
But because while I was still figuring things out... I was already showing up.
Content. DMs. Free workshops. Real conversations with real people.
Every single one taught me something a course never could.
Because of this:
Clarity doesn't come from thinking. It comes from DOING.
I'm writing this at home with Baby K around.
This business: the one that lets me be home with my wife, be a present dad, and still serve clients — it didn't start with a perfect plan.
It started with me showing up before I felt ready.
So if you're still tweaking, still figuring it out, still not sure...
Good. That's normal.
But don't use that as an excuse to stop helping people.
Your future clients are already watching.
Will they know you exist by the time you're "ready"?
You got this 💙
P.S. If you're in that season right now — clear enough to move but unsure WHERE to focus — I'm running my 6P Lifestyle Business Blueprint Workshop live on Zoom soon.

She has people begging to buy. But nothing to sell them.
Had a coaching call with a husband-wife team recently that stunned me.
Six private retreats sold out. Corporate clients signing on. One-on-one students buying everything the moment it drops. They even had to extend their retreats from 2 days to 3 because clients wanted more.
Raised prices. Still sold out. Demand growing.
From the outside — a dream business.
But here's what came up on the call.
The husband said: "People want to buy from us all the time. But we have nothing for them to buy."
Think about that.
Their warmest, most loyal buyers — the ones who already experienced them live, loved it, and trust them completely — are sitting there with money in hand.
And there's no next thing to offer them.
Instead, they've been pouring energy into Instagram (wrong audience), Facebook ads (cheap clicks, zero sales), and chasing strangers online...
...while their best buyers wait in silence.
After working with 150+ private clients across 30+ industries, I see this pattern everywhere.
Entrepreneurs chasing traffic while starving their warmest buyers of things to buy.
Hours crafting the perfect ad for someone who's never heard of them.
While ignoring the person who already paid, got results, and is ready for more.
Here's what I asked them:
"Do the people who already love you have something to buy from you right now?"
The answer was no.
That's not a marketing problem. That's a missed opportunity hiding in plain sight.
You don't always need more leads. Sometimes you just need to serve the ones you already have.
We mapped the whole thing out in 30 minutes. No new funnel. No new platform. Just a clearer business model built around what they're already doing.
If you're reading this and realising you might have the same gap — don't let that clarity fade.
You got this.
— Marc

Last night, a room full of entrepreneurs got very quiet.
I asked them a simple question:
"Why are you really doing this?"
Not the polished answer. Not the LinkedIn bio version. The real one.
And what came out shook the room.
One guy shared how his father — brilliant, talented, gifted — wasted it all on women and gambling. And he made a promise to himself: I will never waste what I've been given.
That's what drives him. Not revenue goals. Not follower counts. A promise to not become his dad.
Another shared how he watched his mom eating crumbs from a container.
That image broke him. And he decided right there — she will never have to live like that again.
Someone else talked about almost quitting his business. Not because it wasn't working... but because people told him to shut it down. "Too risky. You'll get sued." He was sitting in a hospital room visiting his sick father when that message came in.
And he kept going anyway.
Here's what I've learned from 2,200+ coaching calls with 150+ private clients...
The entrepreneurs who actually make it? They don't have better strategies. They have deeper reasons.
Because here's the truth...
When things get hard — and they will — tactics won't save you. Motivation won't save you. The latest funnel hack definitely won't save you.
What saves you is knowing WHY you started in the first place.
Not the surface-level why. The one that makes your chest tight when you say it out loud.
For me? It was standing in an MRT train at 14 years old. Looking around at all these adults holding the handrails, faces completely blank. Gloomy. Defeated.
I asked my mom: "How come they all look so sad?"
She said: "It's like that. It's normal."
And something in me decided right then — I never want to be like that.
That was the spark. Not a business plan. Not a revenue target. Just a 14-year-old kid on a train who refused to accept that "normal" had to mean miserable.
Now I run workshops and coach entrepreneurs. And when someone asks me why I push my clients so hard, why I care so much about whether they're actually living to their potential...
It's because of that train ride.
So let me ask you the same question I asked that room last night:
Why are you really doing this?
Not the answer you tell people at networking events. The one that keeps you up at night. The one you're maybe even a little afraid to say out loud.
Because once you lock that in — really lock it in — everything changes.
Your content gets easier because you know who you're fighting for.
Your sales get easier because conviction is magnetic.
Your consistency gets easier because you're not relying on motivation anymore.
You're running on purpose.
And purpose doesn't need an alarm clock.
You got this.
P.S. This is exactly what we go deeper on inside my LIVE Lifestyle Business Blueprint™ Workshop — not just strategy, but the clarity and conviction behind it. I'll walk you through the same 6P diagnostic I use with private clients paying $5K–$20K+, share my best practices for building predictable 5-figure months refined across 150+ clients and 30+ industries, and help you map out your next 90 days with precision.

UPDATE: MY TEAM CAUGHT THE MOMENT ON CAMERA!!
If you didn't see my post last night, I shared how mid-way during my workshop, my son peeked in & it was so cool how both my "worlds" collided for 30 seconds.
I felt it was a waste that the moment was captured but somehow...my team did it!!
Here's the video:

Last night, two of my worlds collided for 30 seconds.
I was hosting my monthly workshop with about 25 clients. Everything was going great — teaching, connecting, doing the work I love.
But the moment that hit me hardest wasn't a business breakthrough.
It was when my son wandered into the room for just 30 seconds to say hi to everyone before heading back upstairs.
He had no idea what was going on. But for me, watching him wave to my clients — it was the intersection of the two most important areas of my life colliding in real time.
And it made me realize something I wouldn't have believed ten years ago…

A client told me today he was "super impressed" by my AI systems.
But not for the reason you'd think.
He's been building custom AI tools for months. He's technical. He knows prompting. He knows the platforms inside out.
But he knew they could be better.
Good... but not great. Functional... but not magical.
So I showed him behind the curtain of my own AI systems — the ones I use to create emails in five minutes, generate content strategies, and run diagnostics for clients.
He went quiet for a second. Then said:
"Bro... I've been in this space for a while. I can't achieve that level and I never knew why. Now I see it. It's all the knowledge you feed it."
And there it was.
The missing piece wasn't better prompts.
It wasn't a fancier model.
It wasn't some secret tech stack.
It was the DEPTH of real-world knowledge behind the system.
Listen...
This is the exact same problem I see in business every single day.
People chase the tool. The tactic. The strategy. The funnel.
But the tool is only as good as what you put INTO it.
An AI with no real examples, no proven frameworks, no battle-tested knowledge? It gives you generic garbage.
A sales script with no understanding of your client's real pain? It sounds robotic.
A content strategy with no story, no voice, no lived experience? It gets scrolled past.
The difference between good and great has never been the tool.
It's always been the thinking behind it.
After generating close to $1M from my coaching business and working with 150+ private clients across 30+ industries — the most valuable thing I've built isn't a funnel or a system.
It's the library of frameworks, lessons, and real-world patterns that took years to develop. That's what makes everything else work.
So if you're feeling stuck right now and wondering why the strategy isn't clicking...
Ask yourself: Is it really the strategy that's broken?
Or is it the depth of knowledge and clarity you're feeding into it?
Because the best tools in the world can't fix shallow thinking.
But deep clarity? That makes everything — your AI, your content, your offers, your conversations — 10x better overnight.
You got this.
P.S. Inside my upcoming LIVE Lifestyle Business Blueprint™ Workshop, I'll personally walk you through the same 6P diagnostic I use with private clients paying $5K–$20K+.

She told me she wanted to declutter her life.
Organize her finances. Clear out old subscriptions. Research new course ideas. Get everything in order before she made her next move.
Sounds productive, right?
Except she'd been "getting ready" for months.
I asked her a direct question
"Is all this organizing aligned to what you actually want... or is it avoidance disguised as progress?"
Silence.
Then: "It's true. I'm scared."
And there it was.
Listen... I see this pattern all the time. Across 2,200+ coaching calls with 150+ private clients.
Smart, capable entrepreneurs who look busy. Who feel busy. Who genuinely believe they're making progress.
But deep down? They're avoiding the ONE thing that would actually move the needle.
Because that one thing is terrifying.
Launching the offer. Sending the DMs. Going live. Putting a price on their expertise.
So instead they research. They plan. They organize. They consume another course. They declutter their workspace for the third time this month.
And every week that passes, the gap between where they are and where they want to be... gets a little wider.
Here's what I told her:
"I have clients who never attended a single program before joining mine — and they got results. Know why? They just did what I asked them to do. It's not that you don't know what to do.
It's that you're doing everything EXCEPT the thing you're scared to do."
Because here's the truth...
Your brain is wired to keep you safe.
And safety feels like "preparation."
Safety feels like "I just need a bit more research."
Safety feels like "I'll start once everything is organized."
But safety isn't what builds a business.
Courage is.
And courage doesn't mean the fear goes away. It means you move forward anyway — even when it's messy, even when you're not ready, even when your voice shakes.
As someone who spent four years playing it safe in my own business before breaking out of it this year — I get it. I had a million good reasons to stay comfortable.
But comfortable is where dreams go to die quietly.
So if you're reading this and you recognize yourself...
Ask yourself one honest question:
Am I actually making progress?
Or am I just staying busy so I don't have to face the thing I'm really afraid of?
You already know the answer.
You got this.
P.S. Inside my upcoming LIVE Lifestyle Business Blueprint™ Workshop, I'll personally diagnose where your business is actually stuck using the same 6P framework I use with private clients paying $5K–$20K+.

My client said something today that most entrepreneurs completely miss.
"I realized that everyone who signs up with me... already knows me."
Not from a viral reel.
Not from a lead magnet.
Not from some fancy funnel.
They signed up because they met him. They saw him show up. They watched how he led.
He runs a small community. Monthly walks. Casual meetups. Nothing flashy.
And yesterday, something happened that stopped him mid-sentence.
One of his clients — unprompted — started promoting his coaching to a new person at the event.
"HE is my coach."
Four words. Zero ad spend. No pitch required.
Know why that happened?
Because he wasn't trying to sell. He was trying to serve.
He showed up consistently. Led with generosity. Created space for people to connect.
And the people around him did the marketing for him.
Listen...
Most entrepreneurs are obsessed with reach.
More followers. More content. More visibility.
But the entrepreneurs I see scaling fastest?
They're obsessed with depth.
Deeper relationships. Deeper trust. Deeper connection with fewer people — who then bring more people to them.
This is something I've seen across 2,200+ coaching calls and 150+ private clients:
The fastest path to more clients isn't always more content.
Sometimes it's more conversations.
More showing up. More "hey, how are you doing?" More being the person people think of when someone asks "do you know a good coach?"
Because here's the truth...
People don't buy from the person with the most content.
They buy from the person they trust the most.
And trust isn't built through algorithms.
It's built through presence.
As a father running a business that's generated close to $1M while being present for Sharon and Baby K...
The thing that built this business wasn't going viral.
It was going deep.
Deep with clients. Deep with relationships. Deep with the people who already know me — so they never stop talking about the work we do together.
So ask yourself:
Are you chasing more strangers...
Or are you going deeper with the people already in your world?
Because sometimes the fastest way to grow your business isn't louder.
It's closer.
You got this.
P.S. This is exactly what I walk entrepreneurs through inside my LIVE Lifestyle Business Blueprint™ Workshop — how to identify whether your real bottleneck is leads, depth, offer, or something else entirely. I use the same 6P diagnostic I run with private clients paying $5K-$20K+. Reply "LBB" if you want to find out more.

Yesterday, I paid $720 for a TCM visit.
The funny thing is, this place has a 1.5-month waitlist!
The consultation itself was less than $100, but by the time we finished the acupuncture, red light treatment, and custom natural remedies, the bill was $700+.
And I didn't hesitate for a second.
Because this TCM doctor didn't give me generic advice — she analyzed my health history, my DNA reports, and did a deep time-analysis of my internal systems.
She diagnosed things I suspected but was choosing to ignore.
And it reminded me of a rule I live by that's changed everything — not just for my health, but for my marriage, my business, and how I show up as a father.

Years ago, I almost quit coaching.
Not because I wasn't getting clients.
Because I was terrified I wasn't good enough for them.
My first few clients paid me thousands of dollars. And instead of feeling proud... I panicked.
"What if they don't get results?" "What if they realize I'm not worth it?"
So I called my mentor. Told him everything.
He asked one question.
"Did you ask them?"
I said no.
He looked at me like I was stupid.
"Then ask them."
So I did a client survey. Asked every single one how they felt.
Every. Single. One. Was happy.
Getting results. Wanting to stay. Grateful for the support.
The entire crisis was in my head.
I was so consumed by what I THOUGHT they felt... that I never asked what they ACTUALLY felt.
If you're a coach, consultant, or service provider — I guarantee you've felt this before.
That quiet voice: "Am I really good enough?" "What if someone asks for a refund?"
Here's what 2,200+ coaching calls and 150+ private clients taught me:
The fear never fully goes away. But the question changes.
From "Am I good enough?"
To "Did I do right by them?"
And that one you can actually answer.
Did I check in? Did I follow up when they went quiet? Did I give them my best?
Not every client will get results. Some have life stuff. Some don't take action. Some aren't the right fit.
But there's a difference between dropping the ball... and life happening.
Your job isn't to guarantee outcomes. Your job is to do right by people. Every time.
That's why I still do one-to-one calls with every client personally. Is it scalable? Not really. But people can say a lot of things about me — they can never say I didn't try my best.
So if you're sitting on skills and proof that you can help people... but holding back because of a fear that lives entirely in your head...
Ask them. Ask the people you've helped.
I think you'll be surprised by what they say.
You got this.
P.S. This is exactly the kind of inner block I help entrepreneurs break through inside my LIVE Lifestyle Business Blueprint™ Workshop — we don't just cover strategy, we diagnose what's really holding you back, including the stuff between your ears. Reply "LBB" if you want to find out more.
