Whoa! New Hampshire’s legislature has proposed a Constitutional Amendment protecting the #RightToCompute. Check out the wording:

the right of individuals to use computation resources shall not be infringed.

As I said, if AI (compute) is seen as the new class of weapons system (implying information is the modern space of warfare, as NATO acknowledges), then then the Right to Compute is just as fundamental a right as the 1st & 2nd Amendments — and I LOVE that NH’s proposed amendment reflects this by mirroring the language.

These people are literally trying to ban math. “Too powerful, terrorists might use it.” Don’t let it happen.
