Fall Integration in Alluce Verde (Appennino Bolognese)

Here come our last retreat for this year. It is a golden time before winter is coming, time to integrate, to digest and to follow the invitation to let yourself fall… Fall into your own body, through the practice, the movement, the dances and into the coziness of our togetherness.

So we invite you to spend 4 days in this beautiful place in the mountains near Bologna. The Space offers a very precious Home feeling which we would like to cultivate together in the most natural way we can find, helping each other, stay present and communicative, taking care of all the commons spaces, free time, nature and our individual and collective wishes. As facilitators we are committed to provide morning and afternoon colourful opportunities to practice everyday, and also some evening propositions, while at the same time we wish to preserve together some space for the unknown and for what will/might emerge throughout the experience.
