Digitigrade Open-Stilts Update!

Good morning y’all!
We unfortunately have some bad news. While the design was lighter with these, the new “ankle plate” design isn’t stiff enough. That flexion slightly lowered the ankle pivot point which caused a larger percentage of the weight to be put onto the “toe cap” causing it to split along the layer lines.

The good news is that we are currently considering a new “toe cap” design that is parallel to the ground making it stronger and more comfortable and a new “ankle support assembly” to solve the flexion issue.
