A recent poll by the Palestinian Centre for Policy and Survey Research (PCPSR), conducted between 22 and 25 October, found that around 70% of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza oppose the disarmament of Hamas.

Opposition was particularly strong in the West Bank, where roughly 80% want Hamas’s armed wing to keep its weapons.
