With revoting for the Amended Scheme of Arrangement now complete, we thank everyone who participated and cast their vote.

The next step is independent verification of all submitted votes by Joshua Taylor and Henry Anthony Chambers of Alvarez & Marsal Pte Ltd. As Independent Assessors, they will review and verify each vote to ensure every vote is counted as submitted, in line with the commitment to transparency and fairness.

Once their assessment is complete, an official verification report will be submitted to Zettai Pte Ltd and the Scheme Manager. Zettai will then issue a notice to all Scheme Creditors with the final verified voting results.
