Glad to meet with Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Kanda Masato this morning. The ADB is a valued partner of Singapore’s. Our collaboration has grown over the years in areas such as energy transitions and innovative financing mechanisms.

We reaffirmed the strong cooperation between the ADB and Singapore and its role in strengthening regional cooperation and integration. Singapore welcomes the ADB’s plans to expand its footprint in Singapore and will continue to grow our partnership through the ADB Singapore Office to meet the development needs of the region.
