My BEST Buffet Tip to Eat the Most Premium Food w/o Being Full
I don’t do this all the time, but it works hahaha
The strategy is just to FOCUS on the best stuff: the meats, seafood, proteins, aka the dishes that actually give you the most value.
Sounds duhhh, but the most difficult thing is actually this:
To IGNORE & SAY NO to the rice, the noodles, gravy etc, aka the tempting “filler” foods that make you full but not worth it😂
Similarly…
It’s the same with business, coaching programs & learning.
Most people try to consume everything but the real skill is knowing what to IGNORE.
This means not consuming every module you see, getting clear what you need to implement, & saying no to the unnecessary stuff.
So if you ever feel stuck or overwhelmed, remember it simply means you aren’t clear with your priorities.
Focus on identifying your most “most valuable dishes” & IGNORE EVERYTHING ELSE.
